From the case description, I understand that your are looking to download the firmware version software for the Unleashed AP.

May i please know if you are looking to upgrade the AP through the Unleashed website using laptop?

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version 200.15.6.212.27

Kindly go with the recommended version through the local upgrade option and you will be able to upgrade the version to the recommended version.

I did the upgrade for the AP's with the correct link that was provided. My original message was stating that when downloading the software nothing downloads.

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you are unable to download the firmware version to upgrade the AP version.

Please use the online upgrade option while upgrading the Accesspoints.

Through the Online upgrade method, the Access Point downloads and installs the update directly from RUCKUS servers.

I would request you to please upgrade the Unleashed on a Laptop web browser using Mozilla FireFox web browser.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

Also, I could see that you have been asked to use the preload image during the Upgrade process.
