    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Ruckus ICX7150-C12-POE&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Serial Number:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;FEK3249N11X&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My switch is consistently showing a fatal PoE error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;“PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also see repeated messages like:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;“PSU voltage is lower than min limit. Port X powered down. RMA the PSU.”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;None of the PoE ports will power any device. All APs plugged in remain off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I’ve Tried:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Factory reset and multiple full power cycles, including leaving the switch unplugged for hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Installed the latest available firmware and boot-monitor via TFTP (file examples:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;SPS08090k.bin, and&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;mnz10114.bin).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Checked the running config and all ports in CLI (“show version”, “show inline power”, etc.).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Tested with known-good APs and Ethernet cables across all PoE ports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The switch reports power supply detection and initialization, but PoE always shuts down with “Vmain fault.”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reference Logs &amp;amp; Documentation:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Full logs and error messages from the console (see above).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Followed official Ruckus support documentation for factory reset and firmware recovery [Community Knowledge Base Article].&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Referenced CLI commands as per Ruckus and Lennar troubleshooting guides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Summary of Results:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All recommended troubleshooting steps have failed; the switch repeatedly returns a hardware fault and recommends RMA for the PoE power supply. Data switching works, but PoE is non-functional. The error appears immediately after boot and persists through all resets, firmware recoveries, and component swaps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Request:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am requesting support for RMA or repair for this unit due to the persistent hardware PoE failure.
