      <title>Ruckus 510 no lights on at all</title>

      <description>I have a ruckus 510 my home was built in 2020 two story home I have two ruckus 510 and none of my lights are on it at all and I don’t think it’s even working and I have no clue how to fix need help system been down for this whole year and since we moved in out internet has been horrible I don’t think system ever was working</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please unplug the Ethernet cables of the RUCKUS devices and the ISP router from the &lt;STRONG&gt;RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch ports&lt;/STRONG&gt; and re-connect them to &lt;STRONG&gt;any other available 12 ports on the switch (Screenshot below).&lt;/STRONG&gt; After reconnecting, check if the Access Points on the ceiling return to normal operation, they should display lights on both &lt;STRONG&gt;2.4G&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;5G&lt;/STRONG&gt; (as shown in the screenshot below).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
