      <title>New home purchase; unable to figure out setup after factory reset</title>

      <description>Hello support team, I have recently purchased a home that has the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and 3 AP,s (one on each floor). I performed a factory reset on the main switch, but all the lights continuously blink amber. There was a precious owner that had this set up, as I see his WiFi name instead of the configure me WiFi. Is there a way to start from scratch without needing to have the previous owners password? I just got my own internet hooked up and would like to have my router running to the Ruckis but can’t get it to work.</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;Even after logging in to my ruckus account, I do not see an option for adding pictures. Currently, the switch has all light blinking yellow (as I performed a factory reset), except the lights are green for the Ethernet running from my router to the switch, ports 4-6 which are for my AP’s, and port 10 which has a device for smart lights.&lt;BR /&gt;My first AP has power light blinking green and CTL light slow blinking green with no other lights. Second AP has power light blinking green, CTL solid green and 5G and 2.4G are solid amber. Third AP has power light blinking green and CTL light slow blinking green with no other lights.</description>

      <description>Good evening,&lt;BR /&gt;I was able to reset my main AP. I then plugged in the other 2 APs; one shows both 2.4 &amp;amp; 5G amber and the other has 5G green and 2.4G amber. Does that mean they are both connected as well? Will my devices automatically connect to the closest AP for WiFi?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lastly, I was able to test my WiFi speed for my main AP, however when I clicked manage network or tried logging in on manage network using my admin credentials, it states I am not connected to Unleashed network, but I am. Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong and how I can manage my network?</description>
