    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok if the switch login/password aren't needed, then something else is wrong with the access points. I did the setup with only one connected to the switch &amp;amp; it still doesn't show the WLAN in my list of wifi options. I also don't see the access point IP when I do an IP scan.&amp;nbsp; Is there anything else I should check?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Re-setup AP and switch after purchasing home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought a new house that has:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- ICX 7150-C08P switch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- qty 2 R510 access points&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also have our own router &amp;amp; modem installed to the ICX 7150 switch &amp;amp; its working fine if we just connect wifi to that router. I found the setup user guide &amp;amp; we have all the hardware setup per the figures correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I successfully reset one of the R510 APs &amp;amp; I see it in the app under "Total 1 WLAN" - it's showing "Online" but "No Clients". I DO NOT see that WLAN in my phone settings--&amp;gt;wifi. I still see the "configure.me-xxxxxx"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also see the ICX7150 switch in the app as "Pending" and "No Connected Devices". When I click on it, it prompts me for a username &amp;amp; password which I do not have since it was from the previous homeowner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to reset the ICX7150 switch to reset the username/password? How do I do that?&lt;BR /&gt;Do I need to do anything else with the R510 APs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disclaimer - I have ZERO experience with setting this step up. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here’s what that means:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;multiple RUCKUS APs&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(e.g., 3 units),&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;unplug all but ONE that must be connected to the RUCKUS Switch port&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Perform the reset on this ONE AP: It will become the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Master Access Point&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did the factory reset using the button on the ICX7150-C08P. The lights have been flashing for over 5 minutes now. I can see it in the app and I tried all the default passwords listed but none of them worked. Does it matter those are for the ICX7150-12P and mine is an ICX7150-08P?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also downloaded the software to find the IP of the switch but its not showing up on my wifi network or the configure.me network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got it working! We had the ethernets connected incorrectly. I see the new wifi network &amp;amp; am successfully connected to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to the unleashed dashboard, it still shows the switch as "disconnected" but it seems to be working ok. Do I need to get it to show as "connected"? if so, how? I still don't know the login/password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was able to find the password &amp;amp; got it added to the dashboard successfully using the web browser (not the phone app). Everything is working since I used the pc web browser. The phone app doesn’t work but I don’t need it. Thank you!</description>
