      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have power blinking slowly green, but no lights for the control downstairs, and no internet.&amp;nbsp; the upstairs ruckus is working and has internet.&amp;nbsp; All of these problems happened after the power outage I have cable, but not able to access the internet which is affecting my home service for my alarm system and outside television.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS, why do I have to learn how to navigate this system if it's not working? Send a technician out, I'm not a cable installer, nor do I understand your language, to fix it myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures you shared, it seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;It should be plugged into one of the 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
