    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am typing this at 230 AM, so forgive me if it is not completely clear. We had a major power outage in our Lennar homes area. Once the power and internet service was restored, the Ruckus equipment did not come back as expected. The main AP has no lights. The Switch has the Green Power and Orange Syst light.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been trying to follow the reset instructions. The power reset cycle by pressing the small hole reset button and turning on and off the switch did not work. So I attempted the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/td-p/47483" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/td-p/47483&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, I have had some issues. I do not have a laptop, so I set up a mini pc in my closet to try and figure it out. That is the first issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second, I tried the USB A-C and Ethernet cable connecting and could only see something in the Other Devices called CP2104 USB to UART Bridge Controller. I then tried connecting a Console cable (Ethernet to USB-C) that I had previously purchased. It showed in the PORTS COM and LPT as: USB Serial Port (COM 3). The first option did not give a com port and did not work in PUTTY, the second gave a com port and COM 3 did open a window in Putty, but it was blank. it didnt show the switch name and Boot.
