R510 will not update

Hello everyone,

When my R510 is currently still on version 200.7 and now it is recommending me to upgrade to 200.12.

When I attempt to update the version, it keeps saying "Downloading firmware failed for marked APs! make sure internet connection is up."

My internet works fine (although a bit slow). I'd like to upgrade the firmware because I have ATT fiber but it keeps kicking me on and off the network for unknown reasons. I never had this problem before until a power outage.

I tried to download the firmware manually but don't know what application to open the download with... any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Lor321

The error indicates the AP is unable to fetch the images over WAN but since you have downloaded the image file locally you need to follow below simple steps to upgrade the system.
