      <title>Power Outage, Reset won’t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a power outage recently, ruckus no longer works. reset is 50+ times still just blinks amber. i’ve tried the system recovery but i have a macbook and the instructions are impossible to follow and just don’t work on a mac. A hard reset was also attempted; however, the issue still persists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:18px;"&gt;As a result, this &lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
