      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a power outage and now my switch is stuck on an amber light. I unplugged and pushed the reset button but nothing happened. I had this happen before and holding down the button fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made sure the switch is in switch mode and not router mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can I try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christian&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned that you have performed reset multiple times, the only option left is software recovery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;need to re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please let us know if you are getting stuck at any point of reset or software recovery or if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
