&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response shared, I understand that you have 2 Access points and one of which are having all lights turned on and green including CTL and the other AP having all lights except CTL turned Green.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;If there are multiple APs, only one among those APs will act as a master AP and that master AP will have their CTL turned on and green. The CTL on all other APs will be off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, I understand that you are facing internet issues after the power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>R510 CTR light does not come on after Power Outage</title>

      <description>Hi — Please help ASAP. My power went off for a few min the other day and now I am having internet issues. My internet from service provider is working… connected with orange Ethernet cable to Ruckus Router with 2 other Ethernet Cables (Blue)… all have green lights. I have 2 R510 mounted to the ceilings. 1 on the first floor (which has 4 green lights currently) and 1 on the second floor. The 2nd floor R510 has a 3 Green Lights on the Power, 5htz and 2.4... but the CTR is OFF. I have restarted internet a few times, and held the rest button in back of the R510 that isn’t working. Please help!</description>

Lets proceed without he screenshots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Answers to above questions:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) On my &lt;STRONG&gt;"Switch"&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your first photo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the &lt;STRONG&gt;LEFT SIDE&lt;/STRONG&gt; under "&lt;STRONG&gt;STATUS"&lt;/STRONG&gt; --&amp;gt; The &lt;STRONG&gt;"STAT" &lt;/STRONG&gt;light is&lt;STRONG&gt; GREEN&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the &lt;STRONG&gt;Middle &lt;/STRONG&gt;--&amp;gt; The &lt;STRONG&gt;"SYST", "UPDATE", "PWR"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;lights are&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;GREEN&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the &lt;STRONG&gt;RIGHT SIDE&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;nbsp;--&amp;gt; I have an &lt;STRONG&gt;ORANGE Cable&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;amp; 2&lt;STRONG&gt; BLUE Ethernet Cables&lt;/STRONG&gt; connected and they are &lt;STRONG&gt;ALL GREEN&lt;/STRONG&gt;. (Orange has always been connected to my AT&amp;amp;T Internet Source... ant that is Functioning correctly and GREEN)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) I have &lt;U&gt;two&lt;/U&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;R510&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;AP's. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;First&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;is on the &lt;U&gt;First/Main Floor&lt;/U&gt;. This one has &lt;STRONG&gt;4 GREEN lights&lt;/STRONG&gt; on. &lt;STRONG&gt;(PWR, CTRL, 2.4g, &amp;amp; 5g) &lt;/STRONG&gt;ALL &lt;STRONG&gt;GREEN&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Second&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;is on the &lt;U&gt;2nd Floor&lt;/U&gt;. This one currently has &lt;STRONG&gt;3 GREEN lights&lt;/STRONG&gt; on. &lt;STRONG&gt;(PWR, 2.4g, &amp;amp; 5g) &lt;/STRONG&gt;are &lt;STRONG&gt;GREEN&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;CTRL light is OFF&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I tried to do:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Restarted&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;all devices. &lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333333"&gt;(Same issue/No FIX)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pressed&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; the "&lt;STRONG&gt;RESET&lt;/STRONG&gt;" button on the &lt;U&gt;AP that the "CTL" lights is OFF&lt;/U&gt;. &lt;EM&gt;(Same Issue/No Fix)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Moved&lt;/U&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Ethernet Cables&lt;/U&gt; to different ports on "SWITCH".&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;(Same Issue/No Fix)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have logged in utilizing the default User Name and Password from Lennar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I see here is my Router Options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example: "Monitor", "Stack", "Port", "IP", "System", "Management", "RIP", Command"... Etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I could do here to test system?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe I have corrected the issue with my iPhone and "Termius" App that I downloaded. I haven't fully tested to see if everything is working properly but at least things are loading on my phone and music is playing through my Alexia (which it wasn't doing either before)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see below, the "Running Image" is now referencing "SPS" but the version 08.0.90d... Service (most times) is better that the product itself.
