      <title>Factory Reset - Residential</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enabled the Mesh option (don't know why) and now the master AP is the only one working.&amp;nbsp; I have a switch in the closet and two AP's in the house.&amp;nbsp; I can't undo the setting from the mobile app and now, as I mentioned, only one of the AP's (Master AP) is supporting all the clients on the network.&amp;nbsp; I began messing with some of the settings as I'm also trying to turn off the AT&amp;amp;T router/modem radio signals so that there is less interference.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to disable the Mesh option without having to do a factory reset in the Unleashed Dashboard?&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the description, I understand that you have enabled the mesh option and one of the APs is not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, you are looking to disable the mesh option through the Unleashed dashboard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;I would request you to please disable the Mesh option using the Mozilla Firefox browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;In the Unleashed dashboard, navigate to &lt;STRONG&gt;Admin &amp;amp; Services&amp;nbsp;→ System&amp;nbsp;→ Mesh&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;There, you’ll find a checkbox or toggle labeled &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable Mesh&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
