      <title>Ruckus switch not working (i think)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i have a lennar home, a ruckus switch, 2 APs, and for a week now, we have not been able to get a connection through the switch. lights are on on the APs, the network shows up but once connected, you're offline. it makes no sense. i have no idea what to do, ruckus will not help me, and i need my internet in order to get my job done. as another user said, the "instructions" provided here are way over my head, i think it's ridiculous that it's taking me this long to get the issue resolved, and i still see no end in sight. can anyone help me?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1-yes i have internet service from my internet provider and i assume it's coming from my router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2-connection is good on one network but not the one connected to the ruckus switch (i believe)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3-it has been an issue since last week thursday when many others had internet issues in our area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i clicked the link, i see how it's set up, i just need it to work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch reboot because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a know issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IP address is a logical address assigned by your local router (ISP) to the device (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the IP address of the switch 'currently'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;okay.... i downloaded the IP scanner, it came up with 2 IP addresses by Ruckus Wireless, the one that i used to get to the dashboard, and another one. when i put the other one in the URL, it says the site cannot be reached (even when i toggle to my other network).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The original one takes me back to the dashboard where it still says disconnected and also says "ICX Switch is Connecting."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've now downloaded putty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next step has a link for Mobaxterm. Am i to download this next??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shall I plan to work the rest of the day at my neighbor's home and come back to this later? will this continue to take hours and hours?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You are log in in the Access Point CLI you need to log in in the ICX-Switch CLI.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot your router to see if you can find the IP address of the switch.&lt;/P&gt;
