    <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, my Ruckus device is not supplying power to the wireless access point in my Lennar home. I've performed the physical reset technique about 50 times and the "SYS" light is still amber. It seems the switch is getting stuck in booting mode, because when the lights start flashing, they will continue to flash for hours. I am not able to perform the software reset as I only have my work laptop and do no have the authority to download the necessary software.       <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, my Ruckus device is not supplying power to the wireless access point in my Lennar home. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the case description, I understand that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned that you have performed reset multiple times, the only option left is software recovery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and&amp;nbsp;need to re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that you are having security limitations on your work computer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please arrange another laptop to complete the software recovery process as this is the only option left to fix the boot code issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We also kindly suggest reaching out to a qualified technician or outside help for further assistance if there is no option to arrange a laptop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;RUCKUS&amp;nbsp;does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site&amp;nbsp;for Lennar Homes.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I do not have any other option with another computer. I also do not think I need to pay for an outside technician to fix a device that should not be having this issue. Based on the number of people that have the same issue, it appears to be very wide spread. Can you please let me know the steps to get a new switch delivered to my home?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;The RMA(replacement ) &amp;nbsp;can be approved until the troubleshooting steps for Software recovery id tried.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We would request you to please arrange a Windows laptop and we could assist you in completing the Software recovery process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Thank you again for your patience and understanding.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
