    <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched the port and now the connection is fine. Does that mean port 5 is no longer usable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed that when I logged back into the Unleashed portal the Switch was disconnected and I needed to wait a couple minutes for it to be re-connected in the Unleashed portal - is that normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's too early to tell if the internet via Switch/WAPs is stable or not. What would be the next steps if I continue to experience constant disconnects?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ruckus Switch - Intermittent Wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a power outage I noticed that my wifi keeps dropping and has been very inconsistent. This same issue happened to me about 2 years ago and I resolved the issue by running the CLI and ensuring the Switch was running with the SPS code instead of the SPR code. Now, however, after running the CLI, I can confirm that the Switch is still running with the SPS code so I am not sure what the issue is. I have checked other threads and I don't see the same issue. Also, not sure if it matters but in the Ruckus app, I do not see a Switch listed in the main screen carousel - could this be causing an issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand I am still under warranty - please let me know if this is something that warrants a replacement given this background. Product is ICX7150-C12P-2X1G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried flashing the new UFI to the Switch and I made it all the way to step H3 where I had to "&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;write memory"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; but I received an error message that stated "There is no startup config file, unable to save legacy config". I then tried the next step to boot system flash primary and the connection was broken so I am not sure if it worked. See pictures for the code after I input the commands above. At this point, what would be my next step? Do I try re-flashing the UFI? Also - what wifi should my PC be connected to? Should it be on a wifi other than that of my Ruckus/WAP?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As for the Switch panel, everything is plugged in appropriately and in the row with the 6 ports on top. No amber lights - all green - STAT, SYST, PWR. I actually do not have access to the admin account/password for my device - I haven't since day 1 and have always had to use the Telnet option when performing these updates. Will that be an issue? I have tried every combination for the admin account but nothing worked - any idea? If I cannot use the tool because of this hurdle, please let me know next steps. Also - I see that only the primary partition is upgraded to the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;08080f - is that fine?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went ahead and found some information on resetting the admin account however when I followed the instructions below, it said the key was generated but then when I input the code "aaa authentication login default local nothing happened. I tried logging in with the reset credentials and it did not work. I then tried repeating the steps below and it says "Key already exists. Please zeroize it".       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to finally reset admin password, and I tried flashing the UFI via the tool, however it appears something happened. See attached images.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The WAPs finally came back after around 30 minutes, however, the tool never said that the upgrade was complete and now the tool is not detecting any device version. Also important to point out that the admin password that I reset no longer works - what should be done? Re-do the reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what the next steps would be to verify that the Switch is working properly now with the correct UFI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My ISP modem still maintains its connection so I know it’s the Switch that is having issues. I also want to point out that my Ruckus Unleashed app still does not show the Switch in there.
