      <description>Hi Team,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a Lennar Smart Home and I accidentally turned off both (Upstairs/Downstairs) Ruckus R510 WAPs via my unleashed app. Now I am unable to connect to my wifi and get them turned back on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not sure what my IP is or how to access it.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you have turned off the RUCKUS APs through the unleashed app and you are unable to connect to the wi-fi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please disconnect the Access point cable from the port which is connected to the Switch (please refer to the below figure) and connect it back to the &amp;nbsp;ports in the Switch and kindly check if the APs are turning on and connecting to RUCKUS Wi-fi?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
