&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;This may happen when your RUCKUS Switch is on an older version(08080d) which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. We suggest you upgrade your Switch to the recommended version&lt;STRONG&gt;(8095g)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to avoid this issue in the future.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to see the Switch in the Ruckus portal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having choppy wifi and I fixed it recently &lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-Switch-Routing-Code-SPR-issue-using/ta-p/71538" target="_self"&gt;using this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;and huge thanks to this group !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I still don't see the Switch in the ruckus portal (screenshot below), and I am unable to login to the switch portal (i tried all the passwords &lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Default-Admin-Login-Username-Password-for-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P/ta-p/105252" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;). How can I login ? I cannot access the CL using Putty on my windows laptop. but can access the switch in CL on my MacBook using this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-access-the-Command-Line-Interface-CLI-of-the-RUCKUS-ICX/ta-p/74450" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;nc &amp;lt;IP Address of the device&amp;gt; 23&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I proceed with the &lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-upgrade-the-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-Switch-using-TFTP-Server/td-p/47187" target="_self"&gt;TFTP method&lt;/A&gt; and use the switch from the CL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, my internet is working fine and I am worried of changing things and going back to slow buffering &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; Do you still recommend I do this, given long term benefit or upgrading the switch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As you have access to CLI using Telnet, I would request you to please execute the following commands for resetting the credentials:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Hit Enter to accept each command&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;enable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;configure terminal&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;device(config)# username super password pass&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;In this example, the username is ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;super’&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the password is ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;pass’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;To ensure proper authentication, execute the following commands:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;device(config)# crypto key generate rsa&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;device(config)# aaa authentication login default local&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;device(config)# aaa authentication web-server default local&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note: It will take some time to get synchronized with new reset credentials.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Now we can try using these new reset credentials (username/password) to log in to the Switch.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Once you login to the Switch, you may try using the upgrade tool to upgrade the Switch version.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
