      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Ruckus ICX7150-C12P switch that came with my Lennar home. Recently, several of the ethernet ports stopped working — when I connect a computer, there is no link light and no connectivity. The uplink ports still work fine, so it seems like a partial hardware failure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model: ICX7150-C12P (12-PRT POE+ COMP 2X1G SFP+)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
