    <description>Yes we tried that too. I have a friend that is a network engineer Cisco certified and ruckus too and he tried too with no success. We look up the error that’s when we decided to give the forum a try. Without any success to get the switch running.</description>

      <title>My ICX-7150-C12P is stuck in boot mode and will not boot up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had a power outage and my switch is stuck in boot mode.&amp;nbsp; I have hard reset with a paperclip over 10 times AND TFTP and PUTTY&amp;nbsp; but it never gets out of boot mode, and I t install software following instructions on the community as it installs then stuck in&amp;nbsp; soft lockup - cpu#0 stuck. please advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX7150-C12P&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;FEK3226N1JZ&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;THANK YOU&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
