      <title>Cannot get ruckus to factory reset</title>

      <description>I've tried resetting the ruckus, the light turned red, but when I try to connect, there is no configure me network on the list. The old network name is still listed. I've held the reset button down for 20-30 seconds multiple times. I'm not sure what I'm missing, help please! Thank you.</description>
