&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;No, this will not erase the SSID. The reset is specific to the RUCKUS Switch. It will not cause any issues. It simply resets the Switch and reboots it. After this, you can check the IP address using the command to see if it receives a new IP address in the same IP range network &lt;I&gt;(192.168.x.x)&lt;/I&gt; as the Unleashed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have tried all these steps and still no luck, the switch was already added to the system it’s just showing disconnected.&lt;BR /&gt;Failed to ping&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And it has a weird ip address starting 10.22 and I can’t log into the switch itself through that ip address.</description>

Please use the Switch IP Address &lt;STRONG&gt;10.22.3.100&lt;/STRONG&gt; in Unleashed and try adding it to the system, referring to the same article I shared previously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, i&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:large;"&gt;t might take &lt;STRONG&gt;1–5 minutes&lt;/STRONG&gt; to sync&lt;STRONG&gt;,&lt;/STRONG&gt; depending on the network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
