      <description>There is no Amber or green light in the box’s or the access points in the ceiling.&lt;BR /&gt;There was a power outage before we start having this problem. When we unplug the box and reconnect, the green lights came on for one second and went back out. I tried a hard reset from a link I saw in one of the chats, but still the box does not work..</description>
