      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Yes, the switch was operational prior. I don't recollect any significant power outage. If even there was one, it probably lasted a few minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;No green light visible.
