The ports show amber lights (indicating a link but no PoE). Reboots do not help, and data devices (non-PoE) are functioning fine. It appears that the Access Points have lost power, and you cannot reach Unleashed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These symptoms point towards a failure in the PoE subsystem on the switch, rather than an issue with cabling or Unleashed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some troubleshooting steps for your reference:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**Step 1:** If you still have CLI access (even via a console cable), use the following commands to check for power allocation and the operational state of PoE:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- `show inline power`&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- `show inline power detail`&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**Step 2:** Check the Power Supply.
