      <title>Need Help – Lennar Home ICX 7150 + Two APs (Configure.Me and Recover.Me) – Internet Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a Lennar home that came with a &lt;STRONG&gt;Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P&lt;/STRONG&gt; switch and two Ruckus APs. I’m having trouble getting my network working again after trying to set up the second AP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Current situation:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;AP #1&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Shows as &lt;STRONG&gt;Configure.Me-XXXXXX&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I can connect to it and access the Unleashed setup page, but it says &lt;STRONG&gt;Internet: Disconnected&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;Ethernet: X&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;DNS: Unreachable&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It does have an IP and Gateway, but no actual internet connectivity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;AP #2&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Shows as &lt;STRONG&gt;Recover.Me-XXXXXX&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which I understand means it is in recovery mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;ICX 7150 switch is connected to my ISP router via the orange Ethernet cable, AP cables are in PoE ports. I tried moving the uplink cable to port 1/1/1 and rebooted both switch and APs, but still no internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already factory reset the Configure.Me AP and gone through the setup wizard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I’ve tried so far:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset AP #1 and created a new Unleashed network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reconnected cables with uplink from router to ICX uplink port (port 1/1/1).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooted switch and AP multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked IP/DNS settings in Unleashed (set to DHCP).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I need help with:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is my Configure.Me AP getting IP/Gateway but failing Ethernet/DNS checks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I properly configure my ICX 7150 ports for uplink and AP connections?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to recover the Recover.Me AP so it can join the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance, example configs, or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the description, I understand that your Ruckus setup is not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the screenshot you shared&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;, it seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update on this issue: I connect to the 2nd AP to the Switch. However it didn't auto configure, and when I login to unleash.ruckus.com, with connected to the 1st AP, it still only show there is 1 AP. and the 2nd AP still shown as configure.me.******. And I tried to connect to it and login to unleash.ruckus.com. but it's another set of password, and logged into an different account shown internet not working. I want to know what should I do. Should I do a factory reset on the 2nd AP? if I need to do that, do I need to disconnect the 1st AP and the 2nd AP gonna be my main?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you have performed factory reset on both the Access points?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Note: If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;The second AP when plugged back into the Switch port, will automatically connect/synchronize with the Master AP (which you used to rest) and will capture all sorts of configurations and settings applied to the Master AP.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="background: white; margin: 15.0pt 0in 0in 0in;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please confirm if both the Access points are of the same firmware version?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="background: white; margin: 15.0pt 0in 0in 0in;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once if they both are of same firmware version, you could try connecting the second AP to the Switch and it will sync.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;LAPTOP WEB BROWSER&amp;nbsp;using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;AP IP Address&amp;nbsp;OR&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please refer to the below screenshot for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
