Speed is crippled!!!

I just upgraded to the latest version and for a day I was getting the correct speed. AGAIN, I cant break 100mb/s on my downstream. I have 200mb/s

Why is the Ruckus so much slower? It like crippling the speed and I dont know why.

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

The unit has been operational but the speeds have always seem crippled. After I did the upgrade the speeds were fine for a day and then it drops back down to what the screenshots in the previous post show. I have take a picture but it is hard to see. All the lights are Green.

Outputs seem normal.

Could you please create a new Wi-Fi network (SSID) from your Unleashed Access Point and test the speed on that network? You may set up a new WLAN/SSID specifically for the 5 GHz band to help minimize potential interference from the 2.4 GHz band.

Based on the pictures you shared, the light status and connections of the Access Points and the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch appear to be normal.

We may need to review the speed test between the APs.

Please follow the instructions below and provide the requested details:

1. Log in to your Unleashed system using a laptop web browser, either via the Master AP IP Address or https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/

2. Take two separate screenshots for each Access Point, similar to the example provided below to check the AP port speed.

3. Additionally, perform a SpeedFlex test to measure the speeds between the Master and Member Access Points. Refer to the screenshot below for the SpeedFlex process.

Please provide the requested screenshots and test results at your earliest convenience.

I am not seeing what you are referring to, I do not see Speed Test.

The speed test option was only available from the 2nd AP (The one not listed as MASTER)

You can try unplugging the APs Ethernet cables from the Switch ports and plugging them back into any other available 1 in-12 ports, then recheck the speeds. (Refer to the screenshots below)

However, it appears that the Access Points (APs) are now functioning normally. The observed speed variations may be attributed to several factors, such as RF interference and the distance between the device and the AP.

To clarify, a 2.4 GHz connection generally provides longer range but at lower speeds, whereas 5 GHz frequencies offer faster speeds but cover shorter distances. The choice between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz is often determined automatically by the end device (such as phones, PCs, Ring doorbells, Mac devices, iPhones). Additionally, network configuration (Wi-Fi/SSID/WLAN) may specify whether the network supports only 2.4 GHz, only 5 GHz, or both.

It's also worth noting that many electronic devices and appliances, such as microwaves, baby monitors, security cameras, garage door openers, and phones, operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency, which can contribute to interference. Screenshot below for the reference.

Same thing. I am sorry but there is DEFINITELY something wrong with your device. When I connect to my Xfinitiy router that has 2.4GHz and 5GHz running I get the full speed. THe Xfinity router is futher away. I have 2 AP's, one upstairs and one downstairs. The laptop I am running the speed test on is very close to the AP downstair (maybe 20ft away). The Xfinity router is upstairs so the distance for this laptop I am using for speed test is much greater.
