    <description>&lt;P&gt;After an Internet outage, the Access Points for my Ruckus ICX-7150-C12P Switch are not receiving any power.&amp;nbsp; On the Switch, the status lights are green for SYST and PWR and for all the Ethernet Ports except the Access Points' ethernet ports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The guide at this URL perfectly describes my issue:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/NO-Power-on-Access-Points-and-ICX-7150-C12P-Switch-with-GREEN/ta-p/72186" target="_blank"&gt;NO Power on Access Points and ICX-7150-C12P Switch with GREEN lights on SYST &amp;amp; PWR and PoE disabled&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I can't get the IP addresses for the Switch nor the Access Points, despite following the guide at:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-find-the-IP-Address-of-the-RUCKUS-Devices-Switch-and-APs/ta-p/77863" target="_blank"&gt;How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I run the Advanced IP Scanner Application, it doesn't return any results related to "Ruckus" nor "Switch" nor "Unleashed" nor anything similar.&amp;nbsp; It does return the IP addresses for numerous other devices on the network, but nothing for Ruckus.&amp;nbsp; I even tried inputting the unidentified IPs into the web browser, but none of them were able to connect to anything.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have Internet through the Switch via a direct ethernet cable connection (which is how I am connected now), but I can't get the Switch's IP address nor the IP address of any of the powerless Access Points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without the IP addresses for the Switch and Access Points, I can't use the PuTTY application to access the CLI (Command Line Interface) to use commands to enable the PoE (Power Over Ethernet) from the Switch to the Access Points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the IP addresses or otherwise enable the PoE on the Switch?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, I understand that the&amp;nbsp; Switch IP address details are not available or the Switch with Brocade Communications or Ruckus Wireless is not visible under the IP Scan results.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
