This new Switch i received is defective, Can you send me the new working Switch. I Can upload all the pictures and videos if required. I have also responded back to the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Shiva&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ruckus Switch (ICX7150-C12P) has shut down and not powering up, I tried all the diagnostics mentioned in the Forum and still no Luck, Tried resetting and powering off and on the entire power panel and it's still not working. I tried contacting via Chat and I was asked to raise the ticket in Forum.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
