      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m literally losing my mind with ruckus. It is so unreliable always wanting me to configure, when I do it never configures, I do hard resets and it doesn’t work, I try unplugging the system it does not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im kinda dumb when it comes to this. So I just need someone who is American and I can understand and who can break it down Barney style or a service provider to come just do it for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible.&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
