    <description>&lt;P&gt;First, let me say, I have lived here for 5 years, and the cable you want moved has been plugged into that RJ-45 uplink port since the tech set the ICX 7150-C12P for me when I moved in. My original ISP was Xfinity and the other end of the uplink cable was plugged into my cable modem/router. In May, I switched ISPs and the cable was moved from the cable modem to the ISPs router. The end plugged into the RJ-45 uplink port never moved. Everything has work flawlessly until the power outage, since then the Ruckus box hasn’t worked as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having read through several related posts on the “RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes”, when I putty into the ICX 7150-C12P and see the prompt “ICX7150-C12-Router&amp;gt;”, that indicates that the Ruckus box is running Routing code (SPR). The command “show version” confirms that it is using “SPR08080d”. Comments in the forums indicate that the switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid&amp;nbsp;Routing Code issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the”show flash” command indicates that I have the following codes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;Compressed Pri Code size = 25968884, Version:08.0.80dT211 (SPS08080d.bin)

Compressed Sec Code size = 29819448, Version:08.0.80dT213 (SPR08080d.bin)&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;But, when my ICX7150-C12 reboots, I get the errors below and the unit boots into Routing code, which, based on what I have read here, is a problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt; “Bad FIT kernel image format!”

“ERROR: can't get kernel image!”

“could not boot from primary, no valid image; trying to boot from secondary”&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;With all that said, I moved the cable you requested from the RJ-45 uplink port to a RJ-45 downlink port. My phone was connected to the access point, and I had to turn off Wi-Fi to get to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what are our next steps to try and resolve this/these issues? The boot errors and the running of Routing code seems to be a problem that needs to be addressed. But I only know what I have gleaned from reading these forums. If you need any additional information, please let me know.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a power outage yesterday and when the system came back up the Ruckus ICX7150 was showing intermittent internet connectivity, and I am unable to connect to it using the Unleashed app on my phone. When I console in with putty, I see this prompt "ICX7150-C12-Router", which indicates that it is in router mode. I attempted to reboot the Ruckus ICX7150 from the Primary, using the command "boot system flash primary yes" but during the boot process I see the error message "could not boot from primary, no valid image; trying to boot from secondary". Any assistance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, let me say, I have lived here for 5 years, and the cable you want moved has been plugged into that RJ-45 uplink port since the tech set the ICX 7150-C12P for me when I moved in. My original ISP was Xfinity and the other end of the uplink cable was plugged into my cable modem/router. In May, I switched ISPs and the cable was moved from the cable modem to the ISPs router. The end plugged into the RJ-45 uplink port never moved. Everything has work flawlessly until the power outage, since then the Ruckus box hasn’t worked as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having read through several related posts on the “RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes”, when I putty into the ICX 7150-C12P and see the prompt “ICX7150-C12-Router&amp;gt;”, that indicates that the Ruckus box is running Routing code (SPR). The command “show version” confirms that it is using “SPR08080d”. Comments in the forums indicate that the switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid&amp;nbsp;Routing Code issue for Lennar home users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the”show flash” command indicates that I have the following codes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;Compressed Pri Code size = 25968884, Version:08.0.80dT211 (SPS08080d.bin)

Compressed Sec Code size = 29819448, Version:08.0.80dT213 (SPR08080d.bin)&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;But, when my ICX7150-C12 reboots, I get the errors below and the unit boots into Routing code, which, based on what I have read here, is a problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt; “Bad FIT kernel image format!”

“could not boot from primary, no valid image; trying to boot from secondary”&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;With all that said, I moved the cable you requested from the RJ-45 uplink port to a RJ-45 downlink port. My phone was connected to the access point, and I had to turn off Wi-Fi to get to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what are our next steps to try and resolve this/these issues? The boot errors and the running of Routing code seems to be a problem that needs to be addressed. But I only know what I have gleaned from reading these forums. If you need any additional information, please let me know.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have resolved the issue of my ICX7150-C12 running Router code. I used the self-help article you recommended, from the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base linked below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-Switch-Routing-Code-SPR-issue-using/ta-p/71538" target="_self"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-Switch-Routing-Code-SPR-issue-using/ta-p/71538&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After following those instructions, I rebooted the unit and saw that the ICX7150-C12 is now running Switch code, I confirmed this with the “show version” and “show flash” commands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now can connect to the access point with the Unleashed app as well as from my PC and devices plugged into ICX7150-C12 can access the Internet. I appreciate your assistance is resolving this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
