      <title>ATT Fiber and Ruckus Unleashed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings All JEDI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several Lennar home issue. All deal with a Ruckus switch. I DO NOT have a Ruckus switch in the mix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Enviroment:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 ATT Fiber WBS320-500 device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 NetGear GS516PP POE+/POE++ Switch&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 Unleashed R650 (as Master)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I do know&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The R650 &amp;amp; the Netgear switch are work just fine. I am using them as we speak to send this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on a different ISP (Spectrum).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting ATT device to hand off WAN IP info to R650.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. ATT WBS320-500 is in "IP Passthrough" mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. "IP Passthrough" ask for WAN MAC address of the R650 (Port1) and it see it from the pull down option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. R650 is in GATEWAY mode / DHCP. Waiting to receive WAN IP from ATT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. WAN Port1 on R650 goes to one one the Yellow ports on the WBS320-500.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. LAN POE Port 2 on R650 goes into one of the POE+ ports on the Netgear swtich.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 I have a second call into ATT support (Local ATT Technician)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Thank you for the information you shared.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you are facing issues&amp;nbsp;connecting your ATT network with the Ruckus R650 device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, you mentioned that the R650 device and Netgear Switch are working fine with the Spectrum ISP.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that the IP pass through is enabled for your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:18px;"&gt;ATT WBS320-500 device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(45,51,56);font-size:18px;"&gt;I would request you to please disable the IP pass through on your ATT device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;To disable the IP pass through, you’ll need to log into the ATT WBS320-500’s admin interface and turn off or uncheck the IP Passthrough option, under Firewall.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://lithium-response-prod.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/commscope.response.lithium.com/RESPONSEIMAGE/e186124d-814b-4652-9711-4746256531ed.default/image.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This will stop it from forwarding the WAN IP directly to the R650.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;After disabling, make sure to reboot the ATT device and the R650 so they can renegotiate their IP assignments properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Call you join a team meeting @ 8:30am EST tomorrow. I will have&amp;nbsp; a local Ruckus Engineer on the call. I am also trying get some one from ATT also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT is always better to have everyone on the call (Teams Meeting), Because if we (SIS, RUCKUS &amp;amp; ATT) do resolve this... it will need to be put into everyone "BEST PRACTICE" to share with all future ATT fiber account. I have 3 other deals pending on the this install.
