      <title>Sonos not connecting to Ruckus router</title>

      <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot get my Sonos system to connect on the network. They will connect after a long process in the Sonos app and then get bumped off sometime later. I reached out to Sonos, and here is what they said:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;“In&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;some circumstances, the settings that need to be adjusted depend on the type of Ruckus access point that you are using&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Setting the surround or sub with Ruckus Wi-Fi due to Ruckus's handling of multicast and broadcast traffic, which Sonos relies on for communication&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This are the ones needed to check on Internet Service Provider , if dont have an access to the router settings:&lt;BR /&gt;Wifi mode should be set to b/g/n&lt;BR /&gt;Don't set the wireless channel to Auto ( Set it to 1,6, 11)&lt;BR /&gt;Change 2.4 GHz bandwidth to 20 MHz only.&lt;BR /&gt;Set security type to WPA/WPA2&lt;BR /&gt;Band Steering should be enabled&lt;BR /&gt;UPNP should be enable&lt;BR /&gt;QoS turned it off&lt;BR /&gt;IGMP Proxy turned it Off&lt;BR /&gt;IGMP Snooping turned it on&lt;BR /&gt;Fast Roaming, Beamforming and Wireless Isolation should be Off&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off Firewall / Disable Block Internet Access / Disable Parental Control”&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I get help in configuring the network to allow the Sonos to connect?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>

The &lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_self"&gt;link provided&lt;/A&gt; above does not work, and instead gives this error message when accessed:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This site can’t be reached&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if there is a typo in&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;unleashed.ruckuswireless.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If spelling is correct,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;try running Windows Network Diagnostics.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;2. When I try to copy an image in, I get a red banner at the bottom that states "You do not have permission to upload images".
