    <description>&lt;P&gt;What website are you referring to when you say login?&amp;nbsp; I can login to post to these forums but I don't see what you are showing in the screenshots.&amp;nbsp; If I login to the poral via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt; I don't see the screens you are showing either. Again when I login to Ruckus from a computer I don't see any networks and I can't login through the app because it says I need to update the AP firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Legacy email account password reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Ruckus unleashed app is giving me an error stating the AP firmware is outdated after I entered credentials and doesn't let me access the portal. It appears that I have to gain access to the portal to update the firmware so I used a computer and was able to gain access through&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;however it doesn't show any networks.&amp;nbsp; It has been awhile since I used the app and portal so I'm assuming I have to import from a legacy email since I received the OTP via an email.&amp;nbsp; However, I can't remember the password for the import prompt and there is no "forgot password" option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get my networks back if I can't import a legacy and the app doesn't let me login because of a firmware update?&amp;nbsp; I don't think this is a factory reset scenario since I have the admin login information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, the whole reason for this was is because I was trying to find out what speeds the access points support as I'm upgrading to 2 gig internet.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way I can find out that information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the credentials referenced in the article and I was able to access the portal using them.&amp;nbsp; Once I was logged in, I noticed none of my networks were displaying.&amp;nbsp; I thought maybe I need to import to get them to show, if not let me know.&amp;nbsp; However, the import is asking for a password that I'm assuming is different than the default as it is associated with my email not user name. I don't know what that password is and there is no forgot password link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondary, I can't access the portal through the app because the AP firmware is out of date. Once we figure out why the networks are not showing will I be able to update through the online portal so I can use the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so apparently there are two unleashed.ruckuswireless sites, I was able to find the one you are referencing.&amp;nbsp; However, I'm now running into another problem when I click on "administer" and "upgrade" it says there is "no available versions" and the "reload" doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; I also noticed that under "system" in shows blank fields for everything but I can see a system name at the top of the page.&amp;nbsp; I can see the networks that I created now though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
