      <title>Received replacement ruckus switch; however I am unable to access the unleashed app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received the replacement ruckus switch and I am now able to see link lights. &amp;nbsp;The Access points are now also up and running, so I believe I have done the correct connections. &amp;nbsp;I have only used ports between 1 and 12.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue now is accessing the switch via the unleashed app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max using the latest 18.5 software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the passwords that I’ve found on this forum; however none seems to work. &amp;nbsp;What do I need to do to access the unleashed site to ensure everything is working as should?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
