      <title>Just moved into 2018 Lennar home with R510 access point - no longer supported</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Following the Community advice I downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app to my phone, factory reset the master R510 access point, connected to the Configure.Me-xxxxx WiFi network, the app acknowledged I was connected to the network, then I hit start and received a message saying "AP version not supported. Please upgrade your AP." (see image attached).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me with next steps?&amp;nbsp; I was never connected to the network before resetting because it required the previous owner's login credentials.&amp;nbsp; Appreciate any advice you can give.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3502.jpg" style="width: 250px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15776i66CB8F2E342B7664/image-dimensions/250x541/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2" width="250" height="541" role="button" title="IMG_3502.jpg" alt="IMG_3502.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not a new home. Like I said in my original post this is a 2018 home. I am the second owner and am trying to gain access to the system but the app is telling me the R510 AP is no longer supported and needs to be upgraded. The problem is I don’t have access to the platform to perform the upgrade. The AP is in reboot phase with CTL light blinking green waiting to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See original post for more info. Any help is appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have not yet had a chance to follow the procedures you suggested; however, I should mention that I’ve already factory reset the master AP &amp;nbsp;Does that affect my ability to perform an upgrade? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per my original post, the phone app no longer recognizes the AP model.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m hoping to dig back into the issue next week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to finally connect to the internet and I think the APs were updated last night; however, now I'm finding that I have internet for a few minutes then it completely disconnects for a few minutes, then back on again, so on and so forth.&amp;nbsp; The WiFi signal from the APs is good, it just loses internet intermittently.&amp;nbsp; I had to switch back to my old router in order to maintain constant connectivity.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
