&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4. Clear Alternate MAC Address:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;On your Xbox, go to Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Network settings &amp;gt; Advanced settings &amp;gt; Alternate MAC address, and select "Clear". You'll need to restart your Xbox after this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5. Check Xbox Live Privacy Settings:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Ensure your online and multiplayer settings allow for the type of gameplay you're trying to access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
