    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so when you had me a couple days ago reconfigure the system it looks like I already did the steps above and kept the system defaulted name and then gave the ruckuswireless a new password. So based on the steps above I think I already reconfigured or reset the access points? Can you confirm with the screenshots I took when you had me start the process of your ask to create a new WiFi connection? If I already reset and created a new WiFi the ruckus wireless would be what I would need to connect to, however it doesn’t ask me for the new password the set up asked me for when I try to connect which is why it’s not connecting to the WiFi. How do I get it to ask for the password I set up once I select from networks to ask for the password I set up on the configure page? This is where I’m stuck because I’m pretty confident I’ve already set up a new network and renamed it now I need to someone get the new network to ask for the password I set up so it can connect to the correct ISP that I have in the home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t seem to send a picture but if you give me capability to link photos I will show you the page I set up 2 days ago when I asked how to log in. I went to the configure me WiFi and went to the unsecured link. Never got the log in screen just one that had me start adding a new network name and I completed the set up creating a new WiFi under the name ruckuswireless-1 and set up a new password. I feel like that’s why I can’t connect to it because the password I set up when I created this new WiFi name is different than my in home network password but when I select it as a chosen network it does not ask for the NEW passkey it just won’t connect to the WiFi but I think it’s because I chose a new password just for this network I created. My question is how do I enter the new password I created for ruckuswireless-1 so it will connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can connect new device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have brought home a new work laptop as I have through out the years and will get very low connectivity. When I reached out to spectrum they always have “reset” modem and router and it has worked for the Ruckus system to then recognize it to the nearest access point. This computer for some reason no matter what I do will not connect to the ruckus. I have all other 19 devices and other dells that are all registering as a client. I did notice my other dell comes up as a client but not to a specific access point. I have reset the modem router and all access points. I don’t know what else to do. I’m up to date with all software on ruckus as well. If there is something I can change as a setting on this dell to allow it to be recognized that would be ideal. It’s not the system as it connects but needs an access point to have a strong enough signal to not have to be on the exact same door as the router. The whole point of these access points! Again. All other new and old devices are connected and recognized so I would love to know a work around or a known issue with newest dell precisions that would not be able to be recognized on an access point.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. I have tried to connect and it will not to any access point in the house. What is odd is I have 11 clients and only 9 appear now on each access point and I wonder if it would be my extender that I had to purchase that would be hidden?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It takes me through 2 screens and then I get to where it has an auto fill in with name: ruckus-wireless1 and asking for a password protect (wpa2) yes or no. &amp;nbsp;I have one for the initial login screen that I created years ago but never brought me to that screen. &amp;nbsp;Is this where I enter it? Or what am I setting a password for? It seems odd and do not want to proceed if not safe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You could just click on Proceed as highlighted in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the picture you shared, it appears that one of the Device’s Ethernet cables is connected to the incorrect port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;The cable should be connected to one of the 1-12 ports on the switch (please refer to the screenshots below).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Kindly unplug the cable and reconnect it to the appropriate port. Once done, check your internet connection after some time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
