      <title>I have a used Ruckus H510 that is not responding to a factory reset.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a used Ruckus H510 that is not responding to a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device also does not respond to a hardware reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the power supply (48V PoE) and made sure the Ethernet connection is working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device's LEDs flash briefly upon startup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The default login via super/sp-admin or admin/admin does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I intend to use it as a standalone device without a controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate any information or guidance from the Ruckus team or community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
