&lt;P&gt;If there was a blackout or power outage and the switch reboot because of that, most possible your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a know issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;An identifier of this problem is that it comes out as Switch-Router in the unleashed dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There we are going to see 2 important things the&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;MAC address: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IP address is a logical address assigned by your local router (ISP) to the device (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the IP address of the switch 'currently'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave you a guide how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Momentary dropouts in WI-FI signal from R510s every 1-2 minutes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2x R510 APs (one upstairs/one downstairs) and my wife's colleagues kept telling her she was dropping out momentarily every minute or so on TEAMS video calls.&amp;nbsp; We've replicated this on Google Meet and Zoom also.&amp;nbsp; Finally, we ran an ethernet cable directly from the Ruckus switch and that solved the issue.&amp;nbsp; We also notice that our Wi-Fi TV (used with Dish Network) has momentary dropouts during all programming.&amp;nbsp; This happens about every 1-2 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Is there a diagnosis for this (i.e. firmware update etc.).&amp;nbsp; The units were installed in Aug 2018 in a new Lennar home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found the IP address for both APs and the Switch.&amp;nbsp; I can access both the APs, but not the switch.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to access via the web by typing in 192.168.1.102 in my browser.&amp;nbsp; It takes me to a Ruckus ICX 7150 - C12P page and says to click "Login".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I do a sign-in box pops up to enter the username and password.&amp;nbsp; I've tried every combo that you suggested and none of them work.&amp;nbsp; I tried to upload screen shots, but it says I don't have permission to upload images here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You do not have to be worry about the&amp;nbsp; ' TFTP session time out ' that's normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;is trying to get a configuration file from the TFTP server but there is no response&amp;nbsp;from the TFTP server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
