      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Icx 7150 is not connecting my Access Points to the wifi. I have tried to restart, hard restart, unplug for an hour and restart. Nothing is working.&amp;nbsp; The lights are green an amber. When I use the rest button.&amp;nbsp; The lights flash but nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See attached pictures. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the case description, I understand that&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please share the screen shot of the point where you getting stuck while performing the Software recovery. Also, please share a picture of the software recovery cable connections between Switch and laptop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried EVERYTHING that you have suggested via email/forum. The PuTTY black command box doesn't allow any typing. There are multiple COMs (in my situation) The instructions appear to be outdated. Overall it's REALLY Unrealistic to think the average layperson can troubleshoot this switch and have a good experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent over 16hrs over the last 4 days trying to get this resolved. I have paid a local Tech professional $200 with zero results. My entire smart home is no longer Smart and had bn offline far too long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send me a new Ruckus switch. Hopefully that will resolve my issues that have been going on far too long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
