      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pinky, sorry for delayed response. &amp;nbsp;I tried running the Upgrade Tool (MAC) today but it keeps saying "Unable to reach device." &amp;nbsp;I'm wondering if my Xfinity Gateway router is blocking access...Any suggestions? &amp;nbsp;I'm able to log into the switch with same IP and username/password from the same laptop I'm trying to use the upgrade tool on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please use the &amp;nbsp;IP address of the Switch to login to the web browser and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt; should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that you are able to log in to the Switch using the device credentials; however, you are encountering a "device can't be reached" error when attempting to use the upgrade tool.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Since the upgrade tool is not functioning as expected, we recommend proceeding with the standard upgrade process to update your Switch to the latest stable firmware version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the switch to the recommended version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
