    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G Switch installed in my Lennar home that recently stopped working. When I plug it in, the lights briefly turn on and then shut off completely. After that, the device does not power back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what I’ve tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verified the power source (tested both PoE and direct power adapter);&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Performed both hardware reset and factory reset procedures;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnected and reconnected all cables;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried accessing the web interface via default IP, but the device does not appear on the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these steps worked. The behavior is consistent: lights turn on for and instantly goes off, and the unit becomes unresponsive. It seems like a hardware or something else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced something similar or have any additional troubleshooting suggestions? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;In the video, please ensure to capture the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

This is a working power outlet in the video, and this is exactly the problem, the status of the indicator lights on the switch is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;On the video, you can see that the lights goes on and off quickly. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:18px;"&gt;not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;However, the failure persists. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
