      <title>ICX-7150-C12P Switch suddenly stopped working, no power, no connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Similar to another recent report I saw here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since last night, our Ruckus switch has stopped working, it no longer powers the APs, hardwired Ring Doorbell, Smart Hub, or Kevo lock. The device won’t power on at all. I’ve tried rebooting it, plugging it into different working outlets, but nothing works. We haven’t had any power outages or surges in the house nor in the area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I notice is a single green flash on the panel when it’s first plugged in, then nothing. Same behavior every time I try. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;In the video, please ensure to capture the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
