      <title>No Power, no lights no connection to hardwire ring and smart hub and mounted AP's</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Ruckus seems to no longer have power or connection to the hardwired ring doorbell, Smart Hub , Kevo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not have any type of power outage or surge. I wonder if this is the end of life for this box? I had it since we bought the home (brand new Lennar home )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed the directions to factory hard reset and that did not work. When I unplug the Ruckus box and plug it back in , there is a quick yellow flashing light, and then it goes blank and no lights come on after holding the paper clip for 15-20 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any other suggestions? is there anyone I can call to look at the devive,&amp;nbsp; If not, I am looking to purchase another Ruckus or one&amp;nbsp; of a similiar type .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;In the video, please ensure to capture the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;However, the failure persists. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL), and paste it into the chat to start the unit replacement.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
