      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was an outage but it took a while for us to fix the ICP 7150. Now the boxes are the ones not working since there areas in our home that have no or weak internet. One box has blinking ctl and pwr. The other has a steady ctl light but blinking pwr.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the picture you shared, it appears that the black cable from your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) router is connected to the incorrect port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;The cable should be connected to one of the 1-12 ports on the switch (please refer to the screenshots below).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Kindly unplug the cable and reconnect it to the appropriate port. Afterward, please&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;the ISP router by unplugging and plugging it back into the power outlet. Once done, check your internet connection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Once a device connects to either the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz radio, the corresponding LED will turn green to reflect active connectivity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reset my AP. I had one as master. It now has a green light for the 5g. I’ve reset the other one but it still has an amber light for both 5g and 2.4g.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the network is working as expected, you can disregard the LED indicators only the access point (AP) closest to the connected device will display a green light on 2.4 or 5GHz.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
