      <title>Switch and access point issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having issues with my switch (&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX-7150-C12P)&lt;/SPAN&gt; and 2 AP (R510). I've read all the articles and completed system resets from the switch and the primary AP. I've walked through the steps for Configure.Me and the setup was complete, but it doesn't show my wifi info for the available networks. The dashboard has an error message for the internet connection. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;understand that you are facing issues with your Ruckus system.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you have connected the Access point to the Ruckus Switch?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, please confirm if the ISP ethernet cable is connected to one of the 12 ports on the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the screenshot you shared, I see that the Access point is not connected to the ISP Internet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the APs are connected to the switch, as well as the ISP. All 3 are connected to one of the 12 ports within the switch. My APs light have now updated. (see attachments) My wifi name now shows up under available networks.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done a factory reset and still unable to connect to the wifi. The Power light on the AP is flashing green. The CTL has a fast-blinking green light. Here's what I see on the dashboard. I'm unable to see the network name I created.
