&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#0D0D0D;font-size:18px;"&gt;If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to log in to ip address - I can't create Log in and Password as there is no option. I have login for &lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Ruckus Wireless Support&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But not for the ip address.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I did follow the steps to do Reset of teh AP. still unable to access the ip address &lt;A href="http://192.168.1.81/" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.168.1.81/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have two APs and I disconnected from ICX switch one of the APs and Reset the other one. Its back on stable and green lit. But Unable to access IP or on UNLEASHED App on mobile. It says first connect to Wifi ConfiguremeXXXXX&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;but that is not an option visible in my wifi list&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#0D0D0D;font-size:18px;"&gt;If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please confirm if you have disconnected all the Access Points from the Ruckus Switch, except the one you are working with?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is completed, you can reconnect the other Access Points, and they should automatically join the network after a few minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Let us know if you’ve already done this step before doing the reset on Access points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
