    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for following up.&amp;nbsp; I was not able to log in.&amp;nbsp; But, hope to get this figured out.&amp;nbsp; I haven't signed in to Ruckus in about 3 years.&amp;nbsp; I do not know what I should do at this point or what user-name and password I should be using to get signed in.&amp;nbsp; Nothing I try works.&amp;nbsp; I guess I am not sure what my Unleashed System is to log into.&amp;nbsp; (All I have used is my iPhone App.)&amp;nbsp; I did go to the unleashed.ruckuswireless website you gave me, but could not log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Again, I got to the point where I got:&amp;nbsp; "ICX 7150-C12" and it asked me to then log in.&amp;nbsp; I am on my laptop and using my home wifi.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp; MarkG&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet. &amp;nbsp;I am following the steps to fix this. &amp;nbsp;I have verified the IP Address. &amp;nbsp;I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard. &amp;nbsp;But, I cannot login to get the dashboard. &amp;nbsp;How do I do that? &amp;nbsp;My Ruckus signin isn’t working. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky...&amp;nbsp; I hope I don't confuse you as the messages disappeared and then came back.&amp;nbsp; This may be somewhat a duplicate.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to download Putty and got to the Command Line Interface using Telnet, Port 23.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered the first command: enable.&amp;nbsp; This is what I got:&amp;nbsp; (Sorry I could not figure out how to do a screenshot.)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;telnet ICX7150-C12 Switch&amp;gt;enable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No password has been assigned yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:telnet@ICX7150-C12" target="_blank"&gt;telnet@ICX7150-C12&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;Switch#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I entered show version after the #.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;A bunch of stuff came up and I could not go forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing the best I can.&amp;nbsp; I am no techy.&amp;nbsp; If there is someone in San Antonio, that can do this, I would pay them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;MarkG&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky...&amp;nbsp; I am still following the Upgrade process.&amp;nbsp; When I use Putty and with a Telnet connection to open the command line for the Switch, it does not look like your Figure 18 in your Upgrade Instructions.&amp;nbsp; I only see "telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch", which looks good to me.&amp;nbsp; But, I do not see the following shown in your Figure 18:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"login as: super&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keyboard-interactive authentication prompts from server:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;End of keyboard-interactive prompts from server"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I go ahead and proceed by entering "enable" at the telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch&amp;gt; prompt?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks MarkG&lt;/P&gt;</description>
