Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are looking to check if the System works without connecting the Spectrum modem/router.

I would like to inform you that the the modem is what connects your home to Spectrum's internet service and If it's powered off or disconnected from the system, it can’t provide internet access.

It will shut down your internet signal completely and remove you from the network.
