    <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason, the Configure.Me wifi is showing up on my phone and the app says it's connected to the wifi and ready for setup, even though the lights on the AP are not lit up.&amp;nbsp; BUT when I press start in the app, it says the "AP version not supported.&amp;nbsp; Please upgrade your AP"&amp;nbsp; How do I upgrade it when I can't even access it in the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ruckus R510 AP not broadcasting wifi after hard reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Ruckus switch with one R510 AP.&amp;nbsp; We had some storms a couple nights ago and the internet was not working consistently. I also have lost the password to the Unleashed app, so I wanted to do a hard reset to be able to reset the password and hopefully fix the internet issues. I pressed the factory reset button for 15 seconds and released.&amp;nbsp; Now the AP is not working.&amp;nbsp; The PWR and CTL lights are on and steady, but the 5G and 2.4G lights are not on.&amp;nbsp; I cannot connect to any internet at this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Once you login to the AP through web browser, please upgrade the AP to the recommended version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've decided to give up and just remove the Ruckus system.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log in because I don't know the username/password.&amp;nbsp; I've tried factory resetting it, but it says that the AP is not supported and that I need to update it.&amp;nbsp; I can't update it since I can't log in without the username/password.&amp;nbsp; I'm going in circles with all of the 'expert' suggestions.&amp;nbsp; This would go so much faster and easier if I could just talk to someone and quickly explain and ask simple questions but obviously Lennar/Ruckus have thrown their hands up at the situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The video you linked above, shows how to do an online upgrade and a local upgrade. Both videos start the tutorial saying "From the Unleashed dashboard..."&amp;nbsp; How do I get to the dashboard?&amp;nbsp; The online upgrade tutorial goes to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com and logs in from there.&amp;nbsp; When I type that in, it says "This site can't be reached".&amp;nbsp; The local upgrade tutorial types in the IP address.&amp;nbsp; When I do an IP scan, I only get one item that says Ruckus.&amp;nbsp; I typed that IP address in, and it has a log in page. But now, what username and password? I've tried the one printed on the back of the AP (username=super, password=sp-admin).&amp;nbsp; It doesn't work, even after doing the reset. I've also tried a bunch of other typical usernames/passwords used by Lennar. None of them work.&amp;nbsp; There are just too many issues to address here, and I certainly don't have an IT degree.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I try to find the IP address for the AP on LanScan, I only get one thing that says Ruckus, which is apparently the switch, not the AP.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming that the one item in my LanScan that says Ruckus is the actual switch, I followed the directions in the Terminal application. I get "connection refused" (I'll post a screenshot).&amp;nbsp; I don't even know what that is supposed to mean. My switch is obviously working since our devices that are plugged into it are still able to get online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
